Job Description
You join our team within the SBSR ("Structural Balance Sheet Risk") department, which is looking for a Transverse Risk Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
In this role you will support the supervision of structural balance sheet risks (liquidity risk, banking book interest rate & credit spread risk, structural currency risk, and other regulatory ratios). You will work closely with your tutor and core business units.
Responsibilities
- Assess the bank’s risk appetite for structural balance sheet risks and set/approve limits.
- Carry out an independent evaluation of the structural risk profile of the balance sheet and analyze the adequacy of the first-level risk management system of Financial Management (governance, methods, etc.).
- Conduct various studies on structural risks (sales agreements, implicit options, IRRBB, CSRBB, etc.) and occasional analyses of new products or activities, market environment, etc.
- Produce structural risk statements from balance sheets to senior management and represent the risk function in ALM/Treasury/Liquidity buffer/CRM/CCN Committees.
- Conduct permanent second-level controls on structural risk indicators.
- Ensure the production of risk reports for limit monitoring produced by SRO.
- Articulate the SRO function of Natixis Head Office with the equivalent functions of local platforms and subsidiaries/branches where applicable, and with Groupe BPCE, to ensure consistency and homogeneity of arrangements.
- Write and update the documentary corpus (charters, policies, procedures) of the function.
- Ensure monitoring of the compliance of the framework system with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills/Qualifications
Student at the BAC+5 level, preparing a university, business school or engineering degree with a specialization in Finance.
Proficient in manipulating data, designing and developing databases using Python, Excel, VBA, SQL, and rendering results with PowerPoint and PowerBI.
Familiar with financial analysis and a bank balance sheet. Autonomous, rigorous, team spirit, adaptable, and perfectly fluent in English.
