Job Description

Within the CIB and the IT Global Markets, you join our Functional Support team for Pre-trade FI/FX/Credit, who is looking for an intern for a alternation of 1, 2 or 3 years , from September 2026 .

Our team consists of 10 people based in Paris, at the heart of electronic trading activities on FOREX and Fixed Income products.

Our mission: to support users (Traders, Sales, Middle Officers) and contribute to the proper functioning of trading applications, pricing and algo--trading, in a dynamic and demanding environment.

You will gradually develop skills in diagnosis, incident management, and functional understanding of markets.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Assist users on a daily basis (analysis, reproduction, collection of elements);
• Participate in the management of incidents/anomalies and follow-up until resolution, in connection with production and project teams;
• Contribute to the investigation of more complex functional topics and the identification of recurring incidents to sustainably improve service quality;
• Write / update procedures and documentation (reflex sheets, operating modes) to capitalize knowledge;
• Participate in the improvement of analysis & monitoring tools with production teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in computer science.

You have an appetite for a technical and functional IT environment at the heart of electronic trading applications on FOREX and FIXED INCOME products.

You like to investigate incidents and anomalies (qualify a request, collect factual elements, reproduce a behavior and participate in the follow-up until resolution).

You have SQL basics and first experience with Linux commands (notably to analyze logs).

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
