Job Description

Global Trade’s Artificial Intelligence & Communication team manages digital marketing, external communication with Natixis CIB’s large clientele in Trade Finance & Cash Management, internal communication and the development of a transformation program around ‘AI.

Within a team of 4 people, you will be under the responsibility of the AI & Communication Manager.

You join our team, which is looking for a Project manager communication & artificial intelligence , for an alternation of 1 to 2 years from September 2026 .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Ensure a role of Community manager Linkedin;
• Organize internal or external events and activities;
• Design and implement communication plans by sector (emailing, social networks, events, website…);
• Create internal and external content (Adobe Express);
• Competitive intelligence and case studies;
• Develop business use cases and change management related to artificial intelligence.

These activities are cross-functional and will involve you in daily exchanges with all the teams of Global Trade, internationally, as well as other teams of Natixis CIB – Groupe BPCE (e.g. Communication, Back-Middle Office, IT, Legal or even Compliance).

In a totally international context, you will have the opportunity to be concretely involved in the AI & Communication team’s projects and more precisely at the heart of internal and external communication and to bring your ideas and your contribution to the building.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Student at the Bac+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
• You are passionate about communication and/or CIB expertise and; you are open-minded and naturally curious.
• You demonstrate strength of proposal, creativity, rigor and pragmatism.
• You have a very good oral and written expression.
• You have a common practice of English (international activity required).
• You master the Office Pack, and knowledge of Power BI and the Adobe Suite (Express) is an additional asset.
