Apprentice - Internal Communications (HF/NB)

Support the Internal Communications team by:
- Taking responsibility from Day 1
- Developing materials and implementing communication activities in alignment with our design and messaging guideline across the full range of communication channels (including video, articles, events, campaigns, etc.)
- Producing the weekly global internal newsletters, Alstom Weekly & Management Weekly, while continuously improving the content and tracking its progress
- Being the quality gatekeeper and the creator of content for the Manager Corner, the intranet section exclusively for our managers
- Providing new ideas to improve communications content and tools to stick to current use of information (angles, formats, etc.)
- Assisting in the planning and organisation of events (like online events and conferences, for example)
- Following up on the impact of communications actions (creating reports and presentations as required)
- Animating communities, not only within comms for content creation, but also for the roll-out of a new digital platform
You have:
- Great analytical understanding to grasp target audiences, strategies and messaging well
- Excellent writing, storytelling, editing, and proof-reading skills in English (French is a plus)
- Aptitude for journalism and new information technologies to create digital and attractive communication materials
- A knack for digital materials, tools, and channels that are used in internal communications (e.g. O365 incl. PowerPoint, SharePoint, but also Pitchy, Slido, etc.)
- Accomplished communication and networking skills
You are:
- A self-starter and quick learner who is ready to take on responsibility instantly
- Curious, creative, open-minded, well-organised, and proactive
- Currently enrolled in a journalist school or communication-related master’s degree
- Keen on working in an international company which has a strong purpose, that is sustainable and connects people
- Looking for ideally a two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026
The role is based in our Paris headquarters in Saint-Ouen
