Context: As part of a program aimed at deploying a new distribution pathway for individual healthcare, we are seeking an Application Designer with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience to strengthen the program's core team. With the application portfolio still under development, this position offers an opportunity to significantly contribute to design choices, solution structuring, and architectural direction within an Agile environment and a program with high-stakes transformation.

MISSIONS: Contribution to delivery

• Support developers in understanding designs Participate in design reviews and technical arbitration Ensure the correct implementation of design choices Contribute to defining test strategies (with the testing teams) Guarantee traceability between requirements, design, and implementation

Quality & Industrialization

• Ensure the quality of design deliverables (clarity, completeness, maintainability) Participate in defining standards and best practices Contribute to the continuous documentation process Participate in the continuous improvement of design practices

Expected soft skills :

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (IT, business, UX, product) Excellent analytical and synthesis skills Collaborative spirit and a passion for knowledge sharing Rigor in design, documentation, and formalization Ability to take a step back and propose structuring solutions Ability to integrate feedback (design reviews, technical workshops) Good oral and written communication skills Comfortable working in an Agile Scrum environment Sense of responsibility and commitment Close collaboration with: Tech Leads Product Owners UX/UI Designers Developers API Experts Facilitation or participation in design workshops Active contribution to Agile rituals Proactive approach to continuous improvement

Environment The designer will join a tribe dedicated to the distribution journey composed in particular of:

• IT and Business Product Owners Product Manager Solution Manager RTE UX/UI Actors Tech Lead Fullstack Developers API Experts The tribe is part of an expanded product organization, with several interconnected teams.

Essential Skills Required:

• Significant experience in application design Strong understanding of application architectures Proficiency with REST APIs and understanding of existing SOAP services Ability to formalize (diagrams, documentation, modeling) Understanding of development environments (Java, Angular, Spring Batch, etc.) Good knowledge of version control tools and CI/CD pipelines Ability to communicate effectively with technical and functional profiles

Preferred skills:

• Experience in API Management Knowledge of security (OAuth2, JWT) Understanding of process modeling (BPMN/CMMN) Awareness of performance, scalability, and resilience challenges Experience in IT transformation or complex programs
