• Prepare and refine the product backlog with stakeholders Ensure the team understands the needs Act as a coach and mediator Gather and clarify functional requirements Refine, prioritize and formalize user stories Facilitate communication and ensure a clear understanding of business expectations.

• Proficiency in agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the product/project lifecycle (backlog, user stories, increments) Proven experience in a multi-team agile environment Proficiency with an agile management tool (Jira, Confluence) Knowledge of documentation and reporting tools (Confluence, dashboards, etc.) Ability to structure and track a backlog, organize ceremonies, and formalize agile artifacts Excellent facilitation, summarization, and communication skills General technical knowledge (understanding of how a development team operates)

• Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, burndown, focus factor, etc.) Agile coaching approach: supporting the team in becoming more autonomous Experience in obstacle management

• Ability to gather, clarify, and structure stakeholder requirements Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Knowledge of backlog prioritization Operational monitoring of the backlog in conjunction with the PO Liaison between business and technical teams to ensure product consistency Specific Requirements – RTE: In-depth knowledge of SAFe or another scaled agile methodology Ability to coordinate multiple teams within an Agile Release Train Experience organizing PI Planning, ART Sync, and Scrum of Scrums Management of dependencies, risks, milestones, and cross-functional tracking
