# Digital UX Designer* Digital UX Designer
CONTEXT: In the context of the transformation of the DSIN, the Cross-Functional Digital Solutions team is looking for a Digital UX Designer (M/F).
MISSIONS As a UX Designer, you play a key role in designing simple, high-performing experiences that align with the needs of our customers and employees. You are involved from the outset of projects to understand requirements, map user journeys, and design engaging and accessible solutions. You work closely with business, IT, product, and design teams to ensure omnichannel consistency, contribute to continuous improvement, and promote the adoption of tools and services. Your approach combines empathy, analysis, prototyping, and methodological support to champion a UX culture within the group.
Required skills:- Mastery of UX methodologies: user research, journey mapping, user testing, pain point analysis, iterative design. Prototyping skills: ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using appropriate tools (Figma, etc.). Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices in ergonomics for designing inclusive interfaces. Excellent listening and empathy skills, essential for understanding user needs and engaging teams. Ability to collaborate in an agile environment: co-creation with Product Owners/Product Managers, participation in rituals, regular interaction with IT teams. Ability to explain and promote UX principles, lead workshops, foster a culture within teams, and champion a cross-functional design vision. Analytical mindset and methodological rigor, particularly on key topics (omnichannel journeys, design systems, IT impacts). Curiosity, creativity, and persuasive skills, with the ability to argue and defend UX choices to various stakeholders.
Education: Minimum BAC+5. Experience: Proven experience in UX Design, implementation of a Design System would be a big plus.**Work location:** Europe
