The Analyst, BI, RM & Analytics, Fairmont Raffles role supports a best-in-class Business Intelligence platform designed to provide key information to hotels, corporate commercial teams, senior leadership team and enable data-driven decision making. This role will help manage the entire data-to-dashboard pipeline including data sourcing, cleaning and validation; automation of data feeds; monitoring for quality and freshness; building new dashboards, reports and other analytics assets to support hotel needs; and provide training and support for the platform. The role is part of a larger Commercial team responsible for driving top-line revenue from over 120 properties leading hotels globally and as such will also be responsible for supporting Digital/Ecommerce, Sales, Loyalty and Revenue teams across corporate office as well as other revenue generating departments such as Spa, F&B etc. Serving as a key point of contact for the central Commercial Business Performance team, the role involves multiple weekly touchp
