The role supports the Care leadership team in running the department effectively: setting the operating rhythm, tracking strategic priorities and performance, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and ensuring leadership decisions are translated into clear actions, follow-up and communication.
The role acts as a central point of coordination across the Care department, helping leadership maintain visibility on performance, decisions, organizational topics and cross-functional initiatives.
