Alumni Relations Manager

The Alumni Relations Manager is responsible for creating and managing fundraising efforts targeting alumni, parents, and current parent communities, coordinating communications and stewardship activities. Facilitates engagement with alumnae groups, overseeing events and initiatives, and recruits volunteers for broader school initiatives. Focuses on cultivating relationships with donors contributing, aiming to increase donor numbers and gift sizes through strategic planning and individual management.

Job Summary

• Create and Manage a Fundraising and Development plan for the school’s annual fund campaign to the alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, and current parent communities.
• Collaborate with the Coordinate all personal, mail, phone, and electronic communications, solicitations, and stewardship to constituent groups.
• Manage/own portion of the donor base who have donated less than $1,000.
• Work to grow the number of donors and size of gift in this giving range through strategy development, communications and individual relationship management.
• Serve as the staff liaison for the Alumnae Association Executive Board and broader Alumnae Association.
• Coordinate activities with the Alumni Association and other alumni affinity groups.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up for all alumni events and initiatives involving the alumni community, including, but not limited to, one large event each quarter.
• Recruit and manage alumni volunteers, including committee event chairs and volunteers for general school/development initiatives.
