About the Role
What started as fundraising software is becoming something bigger, a one-stop shop that empowers nonprofits in all their daily operations.
Already 10% of our users have found and adopted our CRM on their own, using it to better manage donor relationships.
As a Head of Product for our CRM vertical (reporting to our CEO) , you'll lead this natural evolution into a complete operating system for small and medium nonprofits, eliminating the tool-juggling that forces them to manually sync data between platforms, lose track of donor interactions, and spend hours on administration instead of their mission.
Key Responsibilities
Your mission is to build a great CRM and get it adopted by 50% of our fundraising users with high satisfaction scores (NPS 80+, baseline for our platform).
