Les missions du poste

Fully integrated into our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team, you will be under the responsibility of the Digital Marketing for sales acceleration Manager. You will be mainly involved in the day‑to‑day life of our marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Units in the implementation and/or optimization of their digital commercial ecosystem (SEO, GEO, SEA, Marketing Automation, Social Media Campaign, Sales Enablement).
• Actively participate in the management of various projects (Lead generation, Account Based Marketing) driven by the department, including project management and measurement of the impact of actions taken.
• Support HeadQuarter teams in the use of digital marketing tools for different group offerings.
• Synthesize and format Use Cases (including methodology, channels used, geographic area, business objectives, etc.) to make them transposable (“Copy & Adapt”) internally.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking on omnichannel strategies implemented.
• Conduct benchmarking on GenAI & digital Marketing implementation internally and externally.
• Arrange and prepare meetings and workshops, including logistical arrangements, taking notes/writing minutes and handling follow‑up actions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the project delivery (production schedule, …).

Le profil recherché

• Master 2 from Management or Engineering Schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Audencia, Dauphine, CentraleSupéléc, Mines, Pont, AgroParisTech, etc.).
• Good presentation skills.
• Good writing skills and an analytical mind, ideally combining marketing & digital background.
• IT & communication literate with good command of the Google suite (G‑Sheet, G‑Slide, …) and digital marketing tools.
• English C2 – Bilingual.
• French C1 – Native.
• Organized and solution‑driven.
• Can work autonomously.
• Open‑minded and team player.
• Concerned about environmental issues.

Offer

We offer an apprenticeship contract for 12 months, starting in early September 2026. Remuneration is equal or higher than legal minimums for apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts. Candidates are free to choose their school.
