Alternance - Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator (H/F)

XPO Logistics is looking to recruit, within its Management team, a future work-study student as a Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator (M/F) to actively contribute to the development of the department.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement Tool - Showpad
• Management of the implementation and educational/promotional phase within the different European BUs
• Management of marketing materials
• Content animation, updates, downloads, training for sales representatives, analysis tracking, and measurements
• Digital
• Sales assistency on lead generation tools use
• Automating campaigns via Salesforce and our marketing automated tool
• Monitoring email campaigns: Salesforce tracking, customer journey oversight
• Reporting and using tools to measure campaign effectiveness
• Event Management
• Event prospecting
• Preliminary planning, event organization
• On-site support.
• Coordination with various teams (mainly sales), audience definition.
• Daily support for the Marketing and Events Manager, notably for the Tour de France:
• Updating presentation documents
• Handling accreditations/ticketing
• Managing relationships with sales teams/clients
• Sending goodies and polos
• Content Marketing
• Creation of sales enablement materials
• Development of sales collateral
• Assistance with image selection, retouching, and video production (knowledge of Adobe, Canva, and Premiere Pro is a major advantage)
• Designing internal communication email/Designing Teams backgrounds
• Producing white papers and landing pages
• Photo and Video Shoots Management
• On-site coordination
• Photo selection
• Video selection
• Maintaining and regularly updating the photo and video library; collaborating with Sales Ops teams
