Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing enablement programs that elevate the performance, productivity, and consistency of the Sales Teams across a region. The role partners with Sales Leadership & Operations, cross‑functional stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure sales reps are equipped with the skills, content, and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Enablement Team Manager to build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs for Field Sales Account Executives and skill‑development workshops.
  • Develop high‑impact enablement assets such as playbooks, territory planning frameworks, pitch decks, objection‑handling guides, demo scripts, and customer conversation frameworks.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership to ensure alignment in messaging and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Provide targeted coaching, ride‑alongs, shadowing sessions, and structured feedback to sales reps.
  • Build and maintain certification programs and competency models.
  • Contribute to organizational objectives beyond direct responsibilities.

Experience

  • 3‑5 years delivering enablement programs for Sales Motions in global SaaS companies.
  • Experience evaluating enablement effectiveness on business metrics such as pipeline growth, win rates, quota attainment, and revenue generation.
  • Experience extracting actionable insights from data.
  • Track record of creating sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change.

Attributes & Skills

  • Strong understanding of inbound Sales functions and deal progression.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Ability to extract and articulate insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong content creation skills for field environments.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies, CRM (especially Salesforce), and sales technology.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional work.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments.

Language Requirement

Fluent French and English.
