Job Overview

A Digital Communications Trainee will work at Danone’s headquarters in Rueil‑Malmaison from September 2026 for one year, supporting the Digital Communication Manager and contributing to content creation and community management across social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for Danone’s social media (visuals, Reels, interviews, long formats).
• Own the production pipeline from brief to delivery in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
• Assist in preparing briefs and managing shoots.
• Edit and validate digital content.
• Interpret and analyze briefs.
• Create infographics and visuals.
• Perform basic video editing for social media.
• Maintain publication calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
• Conduct social listening, benchmarking, and daily monitoring of mentions.
• Analyse and report on post performance.
• Support account management by responding to user interactions and enabling relevant conversations.

Qualifications

• Available to start September 2026 for a 12‑month period.
• Bac+4/5 in university, communication, or commerce.
• Experience in corporate communication or agency setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and a force of initiative.
• Excellent at managing multiple projects and working with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Up-to-date with current digital trends and social media ecosystems.
• Expertise in TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other design tools; experienced in video editing.
