Digital Strategy & Innovation Intern — you will work directly alongside the Global Digital Content Lead , supporting key strategic projects and day-to-day operations. Core focus: trend monitoring , research , and insight-gathering across platforms, technologies, and content formats to help shape Banijay’s global digital strategy.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about social media, emerging tech, and digital storytelling — someone who loves spotting trends before they break and turning inspiration into action.

Your Core Responsibilities

Your mission will center around strategic monitoring and supporting the Global Digital Content Lead in key initiatives across Banijay’s global network.

Trend & Format Monitoring

  • Lead daily monitoring of digital trends , formats, and creative innovations across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch .
  • Spot new storytelling approaches, editing styles, or viral mechanics that can inspire Banijay’s digital IP strategies.
  • Regularly share inspiration decks and format examples to fuel internal brainstorming and creative development.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments , new digital tools and emerging platforms.
  • Track how other major entertainment or content groups are adapting to the digital space.
  • Support the department’s forward-looking strategy by feeding key insights into roadmaps and content thinking.

Internal Digital Communication

  • Help design and write internal newsletters (layout, tone, visuals) shared across Banijay’s global teams.
  • Organize internal masterclasses, webinars, and events by coordinating logistics, speakers, and recaps.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Global Digital Content Lead in managing global initiatives like The Banijay Creators Lab and social-first content launches.
  • Help build presentations and strategic documents to communicate digital innovation to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or final-year Bachelor in Digital Media , Communications , Marketing , or a related field.
  • Deep interest in social media trends , digital culture, and platform storytelling.
  • Curious, organized, creative, and comfortable with research and synthesis .
  • Strong communication skills and a good eye for design and layout.
  • A basic understanding of social media metrics and platform analytics (e.g., engagement rate, views, retention, impressions) is required.
  • Proficient in English and French.
