We operate 10,000+ furnished apartments across 18 cities in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, each equipped with premium dual 4K monitor workstations. We're not competing with Airbnb for weekend trips—we're solving the 30+ day accommodation problem for digital nomads, remote workers, and corporate relocations. Our marketing team is small, fast, and focused on content that converts. Every video, every ad, every piece of creative we ship has one job: turn viewers into bookers.

About the Role

We're seeking a creative, metrics-driven video content creator to produce short-form content that showcases our apartments and drives bookings. In this role, you'll shoot and edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and performance ads that convince remote workers our workstation-equipped apartments are worth the premium. This isn't a brand awareness internship. Your work directly impacts revenue. When your video performs, we scale the ad spend. When it doesn't, you try something else the next day. You'll have full creative freedom as long as the content drives cost-effective acquisitions. You'll work directly with the CEO, iterate fast based on performance data, and build a portfolio of content that actually moved business metrics instead of vanity engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts showcasing apartments, workstation setups, and lifestyle across our 18 markets
  • Edit performance ads for Meta and TikTok campaigns, testing hooks, messaging, and creative formats to optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with property partners to source footage and photos, or create content guidelines when filming isn't possible
  • Analyze performance metrics (view-through rates, CTR, cost per booking) to understand what creative elements drive conversions
  • Iterate rapidly based on data—ship 3-5 pieces of content per week, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
  • Support partnership outreach by creating promotional materials for collaborations with digital nomad communities and remote work platforms

Minimum Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating video editing skills with examples of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong visual storytelling ability with an eye for composition, pacing, and what makes viewers stop scrolling
  • Self-direction and initiative—you don't need detailed instructions to ship work
  • Fluent English for copywriting and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running paid social campaigns or understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Motion graphics skills (After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
  • Photography and color grading experience
  • Familiarity with remote work lifestyle or digital nomad communities
  • Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic) for content localization
  • Experience with B2C or travel/hospitality content

Logistics

  • Education requirements: No formal education requirement. Portfolio and demonstrated skills matter more than degrees.
  • Remote policy: Fully remote. Work from anywhere with reliable internet. Occasional coordination with CET timezone (14:00-16:00 CET) for team sync.
  • Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
  • Duration: 6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
