The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an apprenticeship starting in September to join our HR team.
Recruitment (80%)
- Understand requirements and conduct briefings with managers for head office positions across various functions (finance, marketing, sales, analytics, IT, etc.).
- Write and post job offers through channels such as Welcome to the Jungle, Workday, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Source candidates via job boards and direct search, pre‑screen them, and conduct interviews (in person or by video).
- Present candidates to managers and follow the recruitment process.
- Track the status of hired candidates.
Training (10%)
- Manage training administration: liaise with training providers and the Opco, enter and follow up on files, handle registrations, agreements, invoices, and oversee training programs on ADP.
- Coordinate training logistics: send invitations, book arrangements, and manage attendance sheets.
Additional Tasks (10%)
- Contribute to employer branding development.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Assist with onboarding of interns, trainees, and apprentices.
- Organize HR events.
- Help develop relationships with schools.
Qualifications
- Initial experience through an internship or apprenticeship in recruitment, or a strong desire to learn in this field.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- High level of organization and adaptability.
- Good spoken and written English.
