Job Description\n\n1. Partner Planning and Recruitment\n\n
- Identify target partner clusters in the region and recruit high-quality, high-growth partners, developing Business Plans (BPs) and expansion strategies.\n\n2. Partner Growth and Empowerment\n\n Support the development and nurturing of localized channels, ensuring comprehensive regional coverage and client acquisition.\n\n Provide systematized empowerment to partners based on their business direction, including policy guidance, product and solution expertise, and personnel capability cerfications, to enhance their sales and service capabilities, drive transformation, and achieve business growth.\n\n3. Partner Operations and Incentives\n\n Identify and allocate opportunities, fostering client cultivation and business expansion through partners, with ongoing process tracking and resource support.\n\n Manage partner processes and conflicts.\n\n Participate in the formulation and feedback of incentive policies to safeguard partner rights and interests.\n\n Monitor partner satisfaction, promptly address reasonable partner requests, and make swift decisions.\n\n4. Risk Management in Partner Collaboration\n\n Implement effective ecosystem quality control, compliance, and credit management in accordance with partnership policies to prevent misconduct and ensure business security.
