Responsibilities
- Act as point of quality for major site developments, implementing prevention tools.
- Lead, participate and contribute to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing projects to ensure first‑time quality.
- Interface with ME, Programme, Production, Tooling, Production Organization Approval (POA) to ensure compliance.
- Animate and verify advanced product quality planning (APQP), control plan, industrial qualification.
- Integrate quality requirements during design product, design process & layout, implementation and pre‑series validation.
- Interface with POA Industrial Change.
- Prepare development arrival into workshops and communicate with operational teams.
- Root cause systemic quality deviations (QSR / Operational Surveillance Deviation / audit findings).
- Drive a quality culture, improve prevention tool maturity and close‑the‑loop from field deviations.
- Support ME services in quality processes.
- Maintain Operational Quality Data (OQD) dossiers and implement ME monitoring (Right First Time).
- Contribute to key strategic indicators on the site and Airbus Atlantic.
- Lead and participate in studies and projects across Design Offices / Quality / ME.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in production or aeronautical support services.
- Knowledge of prevention tools: AMDEC, PFMEA, monitoring plans, statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to derive operational truths from data.
- Capability to manage multiple files simultaneously without compromising follow‑up quality.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining and convincing teams to adopt solutions.
- Curiosity to understand the "why" behind each data point or incident.
- Fluency in French (native) and intermediate English (technical writing).
