Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Our activity is looking for a CBU (Customer Business Unit) OES & Program Controller Apprentice based in Bavans in our R&D Center. The center develops innovative solutions for sustainable mobility and specializes in hydrogen storage systems.
Your Missions
- Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of management reports (monthly and quarterly).
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support tracking of development and production costs, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis versus budget and targets.
- Participate in profitability analyses (products, projects, customers).
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management summaries for senior leadership.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Program teams to collect, validate, and analyze data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of reports and key performance indicators.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Preparing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, Business Administration, or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Good to very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interest in information systems and digital tools.
- Initial knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
- Interest in an industrial/automotive environment.
- Good to very good level of English (minimum B1, ideally B2).
- Strong sense of accuracy, organization, and reliability.
- Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information.
- Progressive autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Interest in continuous improvement methodologies.
