About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated AI Engineer ready to fully engage in supporting our rapid growth. You will be a key pillar of our innovation strategy, helping us ship future‑proof products in the age of AI.
Your Mission
- Lead the end‑to‑end AI lifecycle: take ownership of AI‑powered features from concept and design through to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build and deploy advanced AI models: design and deploy a wide range of deep learning models, including fine‑tuning LLMs, implementing techniques like RAG, and engineering the MCP servers that feed them relevant, real‑time information.
- Engineer for performance: develop and optimise scalable, low‑latency inference services to ensure a seamless user experience across all models.
- Collaborate for user impact: work closely with product, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate cutting‑edge models into user‑centric, production‑ready solutions.
- Transform data into intelligence: convert raw and unstructured data (text, images, user behaviour) into smart, engaging, context‑aware experiences that redefine travel planning.
- Drive innovation and quality: stay at the forefront of the AI landscape by researching and applying the latest techniques, while upholding high engineering standards through peer reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer, with at least 1 year of hands‑on work with LLMs or generative AI.
- An M.S. or Ph.D. in a STEM field from a top university or “Grande École”.
- Fluency in Python and a strong command of its core machine learning and deep‑learning libraries.
- Strong foundation in core machine learning, including experience with deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs) and classical algorithms (linear/logistic regression, random forests, gradient boosting, etc.).
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures like transformers, tokens, attention, and embeddings.
- Practical experience fine‑tuning, deploying, and optimising large‑scale models for latency and cost.
- Experience working with a variety of data stores, including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- A product mindset focused on the user experience, not just the model’s accuracy.
- Motivation to work in an international, English‑speaking environment.

- Have worked in bare‑metal or hybrid cloud environments.
- Bring experience from the travel‑tech industry or other large‑scale search platforms.
