Your Future Missions and Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve supporting sellers and buyers in realizing their buying or selling projects. To help you succeed, Efficity provides various services: training, on-field support, customer service, lead generation, and professional tools.
Daily Tasks
- Prospecting and developing your property portfolio
- Finding new properties to sell
- Valuing properties based on market conditions
- Providing personalized support to sellers and buyers
- Marketing properties
- Writing and posting attractive listings
- Organizing viewings with potential buyers
- Implementing effective communication and marketing strategies
- Advising clients at every step
- Negotiating offers to reach agreements
