Your Future Missions and Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve assisting sellers and buyers in realizing their purchase or sale projects. To support your success, Efficity provides various services: training, field support, customer service, lead generation, and professional tools.
Daily Tasks
- Prospecting and developing your property portfolio
- Searching for new properties to sell
- Estimating property values based on the market
- Providing personalized support to sellers and buyers
- Marketing properties
- Writing and posting attractive listings
- Organizing viewings with potential buyers
- Implementing effective communication and marketing strategies
- Supporting clients throughout the process
- Advising sellers and buyers at each stage
- Negotiating offers to reach agreements
