Description of Work
Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities include providing staff and management assistance to high-level administrators in an organization with multiple programs/components. Tasks range from standardized office support and decision‑making administrative duties to performing operational functions. Public contact, both internal and external, is a major component, requiring interaction with program staff, unit managers, other state agencies, universities, clients, service recipients, elected/appointed representatives, and the public. These positions may coordinate business functions of the unit, including human resources administration and office coordination.

This temporary position is located at 4761 Ward Blvd., Wilson – Wilson County, with the Department of Health & Human Services.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
