About the Role
As a Deskside Support Analyst, you’ll be the face of the Information Services (IS) team in Paris, providing high-quality, hands‑on technical support to end users. You’ll work closely with the global IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, high‑quality technical support via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide expert support for hardware, software, and audio‑visual systems.
- Triage and resolve escalated incidents, collaborating with global 3rd line teams.
- Manage stock and equipment in the Paris office.
- Own customer issues from start to resolution, ensuring excellent service.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support IT projects, training, and service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support within a global professional services environment.
- Familiarity with legal sector IT systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and ideally French.
- Technical proficiency with:
- Windows 10, Office 365, Skype for Business
- iPhones/iPads, Surface devices, printers, and AV equipment
