Accounting & Digital Associate
Overview
Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
Guide them in implementing their e-invoicing process: connecting to the dematerialization platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow.
Create clear, tailored learning materials (quick reference sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset.
Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant.
You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational experience.

- You can manage multiple files or projects in parallel.
