Onboarding & Digital Tools Specialist (Accounting)

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist to support new clients in adopting our digital tools and invoicing workflows. You will create tailored learning materials, deliver concise training sessions, and act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth start-to-finish communication.

Responsibilities include identifying onboarding issues, suggesting improvements, and escalating complex needs to the assigned chartered accountant while maintaining hands-on
