# Rôle

Au sein de l’équipe comptable composé de 5 personnes, l’alternant reporte à l’équipe comptable et au Directeur du service comptabilité et consolidation, lui-même sous la responsabilité de la Co-Directrice Financière du groupe ARDIAN.

Le Service comptable est en charge des sociétés françaises du groupe ARDIAN dont les principales sont ARDIAN Holding, Société holding animatrice, tête du groupe de consolidation et d’intégration fiscale en France, et ARDIAN France, Société de gestion régulée par l’AMF de plus de 500 personnes et d’un CA > à 800M€.

Le rôle de l’alternant est de participer à l’ensemble du processus d’arrêtés mensuels des sociétés françaises du groupe ARDIAN. Il aborde tous les aspects comptables récurrents ou ponctuels. Il intervient notamment sur les missions suivantes :* **Comptabilité Fournisseurs**

• Codification et comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs depuis l’outil de dématérialisation des factures
• Préparation des remises relatives aux factures saisies
• Contrôle et comptabilisation des notes de frais
• Comptabilisation des cartes affaires / cartes procurement
• Comptabilisation des frais divers (taxis, massages) des différents services
• Saisie des factures de voyages* **Immobilisations*** **Elaboration du processus comptable**
• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
• Analyse des comptes : justification des comptes, analyse et suivi des suspens# Qualités requises
