Account Manager (Online)

Paris-based. Your main mission is to grow and manage a portfolio of e-commerce partners in France, building strong relationships and negotiating deals. You will report to the Head of Online Business and collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of about 3,000 online partners displaying offers on Joko.
  • Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners, and devise comprehensive marketing plans to help them reach Joko users.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance in collaboration with Marketing and Data teams.
  • Leverage banking and browsing data analysis to understand market trends and tailor offer proposals.
  • Create strong, long‑lasting relationships with partners through regular touchpoints and events.
  • Ensure partners benefit from top features such as BNPL, coupons, and price tracking.
  • Help expand Joko internationally (US) by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers abroad.
  • Work with Product and BizOps to improve processes and build foundations for scaling the department.
  • Contribute to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to establish a robust communication roadmap for reaching users.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2‑5 years of experience in commercial, consulting, or startup roles.
  • Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‑on, ambitious, and a problem‑solver.
  • Independence: can manage projects autonomously from inception to completion.
  • Business sense: quickly grasps customer needs, surpasses goals, and closes deals.
  • Analytical skills: loves data analysis and making informed decisions.
  • Energy: thrives on connecting with people, active listening, and crafting solutions.
  • Efficiency: uses productivity tools and delivers projects on time with multiple stakeholders.
  • Mindset: entrepreneurial, adaptable, organized, autonomous, and eager to learn.
