Account Manager Junior (M/F/X)
As a member of the Indirect Sales France team, you will work in close collaboration with Chloé, our Key Account Manager, to boost our commercial engine. Your goal: ensure high-quality follow-up for a rapidly expanding account portfolio while actively hunting for new partner accounts to drive our business growth.
You will work at the crossroads of two worlds: Marketing (for lead generation) and Logistics (for supply chain and delivery follow-up).
This role is the perfect hybrid of Hunting (Business Development) and Farming (Account Management) . You will have a 360° view of the sales profession: from detecting opportunities with architects and distributors to signing and retaining strategic accounts.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial "cold call" to the final signature.
- Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to expand your network and turn every encounter into a business opportunity.
- Manage and animate a portfolio of existing clients to optimize their performance.
- Regularly analyze client results and propose customized solutions to boost their revenue.
- Reactivate "dormant" accounts through a creative approach and rigorous follow-ups.
Enablement & Support
- Organize and lead training sessions for our partners' sales teams to sharpen their product knowledge.
- Act as a key liaison between the client and our internal departments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
What we offer
- Master’s degree student (Business School or equivalent), preferably in your final year (M2).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development (internship or apprenticeship).
- A true "sales soul": you aren't afraid of the phone, you are punchy, resourceful, and you have the "hunter" instinct required to open doors.
- Mastery of sales/negotiation techniques and ability to quickly master and navigate tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, Canva, and social selling platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of customer service.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Native/Fluent French and Professional English (capable of conducting a sale in English).
- Comprehensive training in the Sales profession within an ambitious startup, with exposure to the entire sales cycle.
- Direct mentoring from Chloé to master the full sales cycle, from high-impact prospecting to strategic account negotiation.
