About the Role
Join our Small Businesses team targeting companies with 10‑30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services. This role focuses on the high‑velocity market where Alan has the strongest product‑market fit.
Responsibilities
- Full sales cycle : prospect to closing.
- Strategic relationships : drive deals and manage key customer relationships.
- Education & demos : deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
- Shape product evolution : contribute to improving our methods and strategy.
- Participate in growth initiatives .
- Collaborate with a small, high‑impact team .
Our Selling Method
We use the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
- Smart : precise messaging and materials to educate.
- Soft : tailored, high‑touch strategies for each prospect.
- Experience : deliver a seamless journey reflecting a customer‑first approach.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years managing the entire sales cycle, with prospecting a key component.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
- Strong empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems.
- Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
- Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
