Responsibilities

You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our B2B Sales team, the average cycle is six months, working with companies of 30 to 300 employees and an average ARR of €150K.

As an Account Executive you will drive deals and close strategic opportunities, manage key customer relationships to ensure seamless onboarding, educate prospects with inspiring product demos, and guide stakeholders through the transition from prospect to customer.

We expect you to master the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, making the prospect experience integral to the overall customer journey. You should also help us grow by challenging product, methods, and strategy, and by contributing to initiatives that expand our customer base.

Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience managing the full sales cycle, with a focus on prospecting.
  • Full‑working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Strong influence skills through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • Eager to learn fast and create an impact from day one.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
