Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive – Card‑Linked Team to help bring top retailers from prospect to partner by selling Joko’s targeted marketing solution, including acquisition or loyalty campaigns, awareness and insights. The role is remote‑friendly and based in Paris.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle to sell the Card‑Linked solution to enterprise prospects.
- Build relationships with C‑suite decision makers in the marketing space to become a trusted advisor.
- Analyze payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor deals and provide strategic support to C‑level executives.
- Participate in offline events, such as One‑to‑One Monaco, to expand your network in the retail and tech industries.
- Close commercial partnerships with enterprise accounts in the retail space.
- Improve sales knowledge, tools, processes, commercial approaches, onboarding, and KPI monitoring.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–7+ years of closing experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of meeting objectives and generating pipeline; familiarity with MEDDIC is a plus.

Hiring Process
- Intro call: quick screening with the Hiring Manager or Talent team.
- Team interview (45 min): conversation with two Joko team members, possibly the Hiring Manager and other related team members.
- Role‑specific assessments:
- Non‑tech roles: take‑home case study followed by a 45‑minute interview to assess output and thinking in real time.
- Tech roles: live technical interviews comprising coding and system design segments. Research interviews may include analysis of a research paper.
- Leadership interview (45 min): conversation with a steering committee member and a founder.
- Reference checks: up to three calls with former colleagues or managers.
- Optional coffee meeting with team members to experience company culture.
