About the role

Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and manage large-scale customer relationships in Paris. You will engage with executive decision-makers to implement our design and collaboration platform across global organizations.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to hit quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Utilize value-selling and discovery methods to connect with decision-makers at companies with 5000+ employees.
• Align Figma product roadmaps with the long-term business objectives of our clients.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities and multi-thread across executive levels.
• Oversee a book of business by monitoring account health and preventing contract churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and support customer success.
• Conduct in-person meetings and networking to strengthen executive partnerships.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience closing software or SaaS deals for Enterprise clients (5000+ FTEs).
• Proven track record of hitting pipeline generation goals for new business.
• Experience managing sales cycles lasting 6 months or longer.
• Proficiency in a formal sales methodology.
• Fluency in French.

• Background selling to technical stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, or Design departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Certification in deal qualification or prospect discovery.
