About the role Figma is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with our largest enterprise clients. You will work from our Paris hub to secure new business and drive long-term adoption of our design and collaboration platform among top-tier organizations.

What you'll do

• Own a specific list of strategic accounts to hit or exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals.
• Build and maintain high-level connections with C-suite decision-makers to understand their business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive account plans that identify expansion opportunities and align Figma solutions with client priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move deals forward and ensure successful enterprise-wide deployments.
• Facilitate in-person meetings and networking to deepen executive-level partnerships.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience closing software or SaaS deals with enterprise companies of 5,000 or more employees.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles lasting 9 months or longer.
• History of meeting pipeline generation targets for new business.
• Proficiency in structured sales methodologies.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English.

• Background selling to technical stakeholders within engineering, product, or design departments.
• Proven ability to adapt and perform in fast-changing environments.
• Formal certification in deal qualification or discovery processes.
