About the Role
A rapidly scaling InsurTech organisation is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business development across EMEA. Based in Paris (1 day remote), you will focus on building and closing high-value deals in a dynamic, international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop and close new logos across EMEA, targeting Midmarket & Enterprise segments in Italy and/or Spain or Germany + English speaking countries.
- Manage full sales cycle: pipeline building, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing
- Influence C-level stakeholders and craft compelling value propositions tailored to complex customer needs
- Support growth strategy
Your Profile
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech/SaaS. Insurance-related environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals, hunter mindset, entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language (German/Italian/Spanish); conversational French.
- Experienced with CRM tools and structured sales process
- Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up context
Salary
- Base 55-65K, total package around 100K.
