Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing Go-to-Market team in Lisbon. You will play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact. You will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Be the CEO of your territory: find, meet, negotiate, and close new clients.
Must Haves
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience
- Experience selling directly to HR/L&D
- Experience with 360-degree sales (owning sourcing to closing)
- Sold to US, UK or Ireland
- Enjoy working in a startup environment
- Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written
