- Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors with a strong product driven mindset
- Coach teams to become high-performing**, self-managed that take ownership of their work, align with business and user objectives, and continuously improve their ways of working**
- Foster Lean thinking habits and continuous improvement delivery with an outcome-driven decision making **based on validated customer needs**
- Coach teams **in Lean flow optimization, (i.e. using Value Stream Mapping and bottleneck removal techniques) to improve end-to-end efficiency**
- Enhance collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders to drive alignment and value delivery
- Coach teams **in integrating agility into both product discovery and delivery**, ensuring continuous learning, fast adaptation, and iterative improvement
- Facilitate coaching on continuous experimentation and scientific thinking, leveraging data-driven learning, structured problem-solving
- Develop agility at all levels—teams, leadership, and the organization—to sustain long-term transformation and business agility#A
- bout you***Experience:**
- Experience in effectively coaching and mentoring Product Owner and teams in developing their strategic thinking and decision-making skills to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
- Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments coaching at multiple levels: Teams, Leadership, and Organization
- Experience in working in domain knowledge relevant to the data science projects under Manufacturing and Supply Environment if possible. (e.g. knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy considerations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)
- Expertise in Lean Flow Optimization**Soft skills:**
- Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discovery (i.e. design sprints, lean ux vs just delivery work)
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments**Experimentation and Iterative Development:**
- Data science projects often involve experimentation and iterative development. The coach should promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team**Data Literacy:**
- The coach should possess a good understanding of data concepts and terminology. This includes familiarity with data types, data manipulation techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and other relevant topics**Technical skills:**
- Solid Expertise of Lean & Agile practices
- Understand the technology stack. Understand the technology stack and be able to guide the team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 Thinking, Toyota Kata, and process optimization techniques**Education:**
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field**Languages:**
- English
