As a **Staff Software Engineer** in our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator, you’ll set technical direction across multiple teams, proactively remove blockers, build scalable and reliable platforms, and coach engineers to deliver with speed, quality, and compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who drives change with user outcomes in mind.
- Serves as a technical leader and role model within the engineering organization
- Shapes technical direction for complex systems and ensures scalable, maintainable architectures
- Leads initiatives that impact multiple teams and domains across the M&S Accelerator
- Identifies leverage points to unlock exponential productivity gains for the organization
- Mentors senior engineers, enabling them to take on greater ownership and leadership
- Promotes a culture of engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and innovation
- Encourages open dialogue where team members feel safe to share ideas and learn from mistakes
- Contributes to talent growth by participating in hiring and career development
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Service-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Significant experience in software engineering (or equivalent knowledge). If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers
- Experience in Java
Script / Type
Script (Node.js)* Experience in React or similar frameworks* Proficiency with CI/CD practices and modern Dev
Ops principles* Proficiency with microservice architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar) with experience in one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
