Assistant International Marketing Project Manager – Product Development (Augmented Beauty)

Job Overview
Dive into the heart of innovation by joining our Augmented Beauty team. As an Assistant International Marketing Project Manager, you will contribute to the development of revolutionary beauty devices, a category of the future, and help bring new concepts to market.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and competitor intelligence: Study market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor strategies in the hair‑appliance sector to identify opportunities for future L’Oréal innovations.
- Drive product performance: Track and analyse commercial performance of flagship products; create impactful monthly reports in Excel and PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
- Innovate in augmented beauty: Collaborate with experts on projects such as AirLight Pro, SteamPod and Water Saver, and contribute to the development of revolutionary devices.
- Create attractive packaging: Develop and validate impactful packaging designs in partnership with marketing, R&I and operations teams, mastering the validation processes.
- Develop the products of tomorrow: Contribute to the creation of innovative product concepts and strategies from idea to launch, shaping the next generations of beauty products.
- Optimize project management: Ensure smooth project execution by preparing meetings, coordinating samples and models, and managing orders – building a complete view of project life‑cycle.
Qualifications
- Master student (engineering, business school or university).
- Seeking a one‑year apprenticeship with an apprenticeship or professionalisation contract from your school.
- Fluent in English or French.
- Strong potential, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence change.
