Job Overview

Assistant International Marketing Project Manager – 12‑month apprenticeship in Augmented Beauty at L’Oréal Professionnel, France. Develop revolutionary beauty devices from concept to launch, driving product performance and innovation across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitive landscape, consumer trends, and market opportunities to inform product strategy.
• Track and report on product performance using Excel and PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with R&I, marketing, operations and external agencies on projects such as AirLight Pro, SteamPod and Water Saver.
• Develop and validate attractive packaging designs in partnership with internal teams.
• Lead product concept development from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, including meeting preparation, sample management and order logistics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (engineering, business or university).
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated potential for growth.
• English or French fluent (written and spoken).
• Willing to enter a 12‑month apprenticeship contract issued by the educational institution.
