Yacht Project Manager

As a Yacht Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing comprehensive superyacht refit and high-value shipyard projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver superior project outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while consistently identifying opportunities to optimize resources and costs.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and updates throughout the scope of the project.
• Coordinating technical teams and ensuring work is conducted safely and in compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Resolving project-related challenges effectively and fostering a problem-solving environment.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, methodologies, and market developments to improve projects and processes.
