We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of facade lighting systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer or similar role, preferably in the facade lighting or architectural design industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of lighting systems, electrical components, and building automation.
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, lighting designers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schematics for lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of facade lighting systems.
• Coordinate with construction teams, electricians, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to verify system functionality and performance.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to lighting systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules for client facilities.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and specifications.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management and clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to address technical inquiries and concerns.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations during client meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
