An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a Workday HCM implementation in France! This will be over an initial 18 month FTC , with a chance to go permanent.
Overview
- Support the Workday deployment across French entities and newly acquired businesses.
- Configure Workday for French HR, payroll, absence, time tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement HR workflows, business processes, approvals, and security structures.
- Lead acquisition integrations, including data migration, validation, and process harmonisation.
- Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data quality.
- Create documentation, deliver user training, and support knowledge transfer to local HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven Workday expertise within France.
- Strong configuration expertise in Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of French HR processes, employment regulations, and operational practices.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, transformations, or integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent French and professional English, French resident currently based in France.
- Workday certification.
- Knowledge of French payroll processes and integrations.
- Experience in multi-site, multi-entity, or acquisition-led organisations.

- Occasional travel within France and internationally may be required.
