Workday HCM Implementation Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a Workday HCM implementation in France! This will be over an initial 18 month FTC , with a chance to go permanent.

Overview

• Support the Workday deployment across French entities and newly acquired businesses.
• Configure Workday for French HR, payroll, absence, time tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement HR workflows, business processes, approvals, and security structures.
• Lead acquisition integrations, including data migration, validation, and process harmonisation.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data quality.
• Create documentation, deliver user training, and support knowledge transfer to local HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven Workday expertise within France.
• Strong configuration expertise in Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of French HR processes, employment regulations, and operational practices.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, transformations, or integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and professional English, French resident currently based in France.
• Workday certification.
• Knowledge of French payroll processes and integrations.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-entity, or acquisition-led organisations.
