The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will bridge stakeholders in France and global technical teams to deliver and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across Finance and Supply Chain. The role covers requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, configuration validation, testing, data migration, training, and production support. The successful candidate must be based in Paris, France, and fully fluent in French and English.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations stakeholders
- Analyze Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, inventory, warehouse, planning, and costing processes
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality
- Configure and validate Business Central Finance functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, dimensions, posting groups, VAT, and intercompany processes
- Configure and validate Business Central Supply Chain functionality, including purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking, warehouse management, planning, assembly or light manufacturing, and costing
- Prepare functional designs, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process‑improvement recommendations
- Ensure solutions align with global templates, governance standards, and applicable French localization requirements
- Lead testing and defect resolution, and support data migration, reconciliation, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities
- Support integrations, reporting, master data, data quality, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions connected to Business Central
- Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, prioritize enhancements, and recommend automation opportunities
- Develop user documentation and deliver training in French and English
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent, hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience; legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience alone is not sufficient
- Demonstrated implementation and production‑support experience across both Business Central Finance and Supply Chain modules is mandatory
- Strong functional knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, dimensions, posting groups, VAT, budgeting, and intercompany processes
- Strong functional knowledge of purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking, warehouse management, planning, costing, and assembly or light manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, inventory‑management, and product‑costing processes
- Experience with Business Central in multi‑company, multi‑currency, and international environments; French localization experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Business Central integrations, APIs, OData, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, building materials, or a related industrial environment preferred
- Fluent French and English communication skills, written and spoken, are mandatory
- Must be based in France and legally authorized to work in France
- Strong stakeholder‑management, analytical, workshop‑facilitation, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification considered an asset
