Permanent Opportunity – Workday Consultants/Managers | France

We are currently partnering with a leading HRIS consultancy that is expanding its Workday practice and looking to hire multiple Workday Consultants across France. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are looking to transition into consulting from an end-user environment, as well as for existing consultants who want to gain greater exposure to Workday projects and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday system solutions
• Participate in Workday deployment, optimisation, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday initiatives
• Provide functional expertise and guidance on Workday best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday is essential
• French Speaking
• Experience working with HRIS systems in either a consulting or end-user environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams

Location

• Candidates can be based anywhere in France
• On-site presence will be required depending on project needs
