Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Winston Product Manager to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product offerings, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and shape the future direction of our product portfolio.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities

Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

Gather and analyze customer feedback, user research, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritize features

Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to successfully execute product initiatives and deliver on commitments

Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch, including planning, development, testing, and go-to-market execution
