Windows Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational maintenance and security maintenance of the client’s systems infrastructure
• Manage changes to the client’s information system
• Implement and maintain Exchange and VMware solutions
• Participate in tool migration and modernization projects
• Automate processes and improve existing procedures
• Coordinate with software vendors and monitor product developments
• Travel to data centers to work on equipment
• Prepare and maintain documentation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of systems administration experience in similar environments
• Strong proficiency in Windows, Exchange, and VMware environments is essential
• Proficiency in Exchange, NetBackup, Quantum Scalar i3, VMware ESX and Horizon, EMC storage, Nagios, and Control-M
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Solaris systems
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Thoroughness, strong analytical and summarization skills, and autonomy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good listening skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A proactive mindset and technological curiosity
