Windows & SCCM for Servers specialist

• Total experience: 8+ years

Responsibilities

• Focusing on infrastructure server management with a strong security orientation .
• Managing the Windows server fleet via SCCM , including application packaging, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Automating replication tasks between the production and disaster recovery sites.
• Providing technical solutions for Windows OS upgrades , including within the VMware virtualization platform .
• Participating in various technical committees .
• Implementing security standards to secure the broader Windows ecosystem.
• Troubleshooting and performance management.

In addition to the specified technologies, deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem is essential, encompassing not only SCCM, Windows Server, and Active Directory, but also a holistic understanding of Microsoft platforms and related integrations.

• Documentation of implemented processes (architecture, operations, etc.).
• Tools required for process automation, problem resolution, and overall fleet management.
• Change management support for operational entities (including offshore teams).
• Dashboards for monitoring the Windows server fleet.
